Adult Swimming Lessons
Swimming is low impact sport that can help with maintaining a healthy life style. Our adult classes will fit any level of swimmer with many different ranges of skills. Each class will be tailored to the student's needs.
Adult Swim class is designed for adults with little to no experience in the water. Swimmers will learn controlled breathing, treading water, water safety skills, and basic swimming strokes (freestyle and backstroke).
Duration: 30 minutes
Meet Sandi. She has an extensive background in teaching swimmers of all different levels and ages. In this class she focuses on the basics of swimming such as streamline and proper kicking. Sandi will be able to help you to reach your goals in the water whether that be learning to swim for the first time, improving your strokes, or simply maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
